I thoroughly enjoyed beautifully designed room here.
I had nice food for breakfast even for non- vegetarians. The employees were great and affable. The location was great, for example, Genting Casino was at a medium distance from the hotel.

This hotel was conveniently located next to the train station, allowing me to easily explore the city without worrying about transportation. The cleanliness of the facilities was impressive, and the breakfast buffet had a great selection of dishes. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always eager to help me with any questions or concerns I had.
Nothing to complain about at all.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and several restaurants. the rooms are small but comfortable with clean bathrooms. Breakfast was decent, and the lobby had some complimentary beverages. Onsen was nice after a long day of exploring.
The elevator was crowded and made it difficult to move around during peak hours.

The hotel was conveniently located near shops and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the deep bathtub in our clean and comfortable room. Another great aspect was the helpful and friendly staff, who provided pillows, yukatas, and bath salts. the hotel offered water and warm drinks in the lobby, and the breakfast was delicious.
Although the hotel had a small onsen available, we were disappointed that the men and women could use it only in shifts. Another downside was that parking required payment, even though the hotel offered discounted parking from check-in to check-out, it was still an additional cost.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train and bus stations, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are small but equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The best aspect, however, is the onsen. It is clean, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing experience after a long day of sightseeing.
Although the hotel is well-priced and has some great amenities, it can get a bit crowded. The breakfast area was busy and some guests had to wait in line.

Stayed at this hotel recently and had a great experience. The room was small, but clean and comfortable with a cozy bed. The highlight was definitely the onsen, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was delicious, although not a huge spread. I highly recommend Super Hotel for your stay in Matsumoto.
